Healthy Fit Pudding
My healthy pudding has the exact same consistency as store-bought pudding. But what are the differences? My healthy pudding contains no sugar, flour, or additives. I used banana as a sweetener. It's a pudding that requires few ingredients and is easy to make, so it won't tire you out. It's a great idea for those who love hot chocolate in the winter months or are looking for a solution to their sweet cravings. It's a healthy and fun dessert recipe that you can make with children.
Why I Recommend Healthy, Fit, Sugar-Free Pudding?
If you're on a diet or want to eat healthily, it's a low-calorie, sugar-free sweet snack. Thanks to the oats it contains, it keeps you feeling full for a long time. As you know, oats are a nutrient-rich grain. Thanks to the vitamins they contain, they help protect our gut flora and aid in better digestion. I sometimes sip my coffee alongside my healthy recipes in the mornings. I mostly drink green tea. I just stay away from sugar and consume more beneficial and healthy recipes. I also like to share these with you. You don't have to make the pudding exactly as in the recipe. You can use your favorite clean-ingredient chocolates, nuts, or fruits as you like. Health Note
While ready-made packaged puddings sold in supermarkets or traditional homemade puddings contain high amounts of refined white sugar, starch, and additives, this healthy alternative is completely clean. The sweetness of the pudding comes from the natural aroma of bananas and raisins. The combination of rice flour and oat flour gives the pudding a silky texture, while the fibrous structure of the oats prevents it from being absorbed into the bloodstream too quickly and provides a feeling of fullness for a long time. Combined with the antioxidant effect of cocoa, this dessert is a wonderful light option to enjoy without guilt while dieting or when you crave something sweet.
