Banana fitness cake - A healthy cake with few ingredients.

 Banana Fit Cake

My cake, which has risen like bread, tastes amazing. Although I say it's bread-like, the resemblance is only in appearance. It's a wonderful cake, soft inside and slightly crispy outside. It's a very easy cake to make with few ingredients. It tastes a little different from a regular cake batter and contains healthier ingredients. The banana provides natural sweetness and is a fantastic sweetener. I think my cake, made only with oats, eggs, and bananas, would be suitable for gluten-free and regular diets. It's a great recipe to make whenever you crave cake, and it goes perfectly with coffee and tea.

Why I Recommend Banana Fitness Cake and What Are Its Ingredients?

It's a recipe with few ingredients and very healthy. The most important duo in the recipe is banana and egg. When consumed together, banana and egg create a wonderful natural mixture. The high protein content of eggs and the rich fiber content of bananas create a harmonious balance. When I make this cake, I add slices of fruit of my choice on top. I also spread tahini and molasses on top of the cake, which I think goes very well with it, and I recommend it to you as well. I want to talk about the benefits of banana and egg and then move on to more details about my cake.

Eggs

High Protein Source: Supports the maintenance and development of muscle mass with all the essential amino acids it contains.

Satiety-Inducing: When consumed at breakfast, it prevents appetite fluctuations throughout the day.

Eye and Brain Health: Strengthens memory and reduces the risk of eye diseases such as cataracts thanks to components such as lutein, zeaxanthin, and choline.

Bananas

Direct Energy: Provides an instant energy boost as it contains easily digested natural sugars (fructose, sucrose).

Potassium and Electrolyte Reservoir: Protects heart health by balancing blood pressure and helps prevent muscle cramps.

Digestion and Sleep: Regulates digestion with its rich fiber structure, while its magnesium content improves sleep quality.

Banana Healthy Cake Recipe

1. First, add the eggs to a bowl. It's okay if the eggs are from the refrigerator. Mash the bananas and add them to the eggs, then mix. If you have a food processor or blender, you can blend the eggs and bananas.

2. Once the eggs and bananas are well mixed, add the oat flour and baking powder. After adding the oat flour and baking powder, mix well with a regular spoon. You can add your favorite dried fruits. I sprinkled sesame seeds on top of the cake, it looked nice.

3. Finally, we'll pour the sauce into the mold. Grease the mold with your favorite butter; if you don't like butter, you can use parchment paper. I bake these cakes in a glass baking dish without greasing it or using parchment paper. Only the edges stick a little.

4. Now we can bake the cake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. You can preheat the oven. After the cake is baked, you can store it in an airtight container. It will last a maximum of 3 days in the refrigerator. Enjoy! Stay healthy and with love.

Health Note

While classic homemade cakes or store-bought loaf cakes contain high amounts of white flour, margarine/oil, and refined white sugar, this recipe has a completely clean content with only 4 basic ingredients. Thanks to the natural sugar in the bananas during the ripening process, you don't need to add any external sweetener to the cake. The high fiber content of oat flour and the quality protein of eggs work together to prevent a sudden spike in blood sugar and provide a feeling of fullness for a long time. It's a great healthy alternative you can enjoy without guilt during your tea and coffee breaks.
