Healthy Strawberry Cheesecake Bowl & Diet Cheesecake Bowl
Healthy Cheesecake Bowl Ingredients
For the Base: Raisins - 2 tablespoons per bowl
For the Oatmeal Mixture in the Middle:
Half a cup of oats
1.5 cups of milk
1 Banana
1 tablespoon of honey (adjust the amount to your liking)
For the Strawberry Sauce Topping:
4-5 Strawberry Puree
1 tablespoon of molasses (do not add if the strawberries are sweet)
*If the strawberries are sweet, you don't need to cook them in their own juice. My strawberries were sour, so I needed to make a sauce and added molasses after cooking them.
*You can also add honey instead of molasses.
*I got 2 bowls from these ingredients.
How to Make a Healthy Strawberry Cheesecake Bowl
1. First, let's cook the oat mixture. Cook the oats and milk over medium heat, stirring constantly. Once cooked, add the mashed banana and honey. Let it chill in the refrigerator until the other sauce is ready.
2. Mash the strawberries with a fork. If you're cooking them, add the strawberry puree to a saucepan and cook over medium heat; they will cook with their juices. After cooking and turning off the heat, you can add honey or molasses.
3. Arrange the raisins in a bowl and press them down firmly. Pour the oat mixture over them, then pour the strawberry sauce over the oat mixture. Your healthy cheesecakes are ready!
