This is a fantastic appetizer for those who want to eat gluten-free and high-protein, for athletes, and for those who care about their health and want to consume truly healthy and delicious food. The soft taste of the avocado, the wonderful complement of the lemon, and the high protein content of the egg make the recipe wonderful. Now let's talk about the benefits of consuming avocado and eggs together.
Key Benefits of Consuming Eggs and Avocados Together
Maximum Vitamin Absorption: Fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) in egg yolks are absorbed much more effectively by the body thanks to the healthy fats in avocados.
Longer-Lasting Satiety: The high-quality protein in eggs and the healthy fats and fiber in avocados slow digestion and balance blood sugar.
Muscle and Bone Health: Eggs help maintain and develop muscle mass.
Skin and Eye Health: Supports cell regeneration thanks to their powerful antioxidant compounds.
Key Benefits of Consuming Avocado and Lemon Together
Prevents Browning: Lemon juice prevents avocados from oxidizing and browning when exposed to air, keeping them fresh.
Increases Iron Absorption: The plant-based iron in avocados is much more easily absorbed by the body thanks to the high vitamin C content in lemons.
Powerful Antioxidant Shield: The vitamin C in lemons and vitamin E in avocados combine to protect cells against aging and free radicals.
Supports the Immune System: The micronutrient values of both foods contribute to the normal function of immune cells.
Facilitates Digestion: The acidic nature of lemons stimulates stomach acids, while the high fiber content of avocados regulates bowel movements.

How to Make Avocado & Egg Appetizer
1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes over medium heat. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt while boiling (this makes peeling easier).
2. Once the eggs are cooked, place them in cold water. Cut the avocado in half vertically. Use a tablespoon to separate the avocado flesh from the peel.
3. In a large bowl, peel the eggs and place them in the bowl. Dice the small onion into tiny cubes. Mash the eggs and onions together thoroughly. A masher would be helpful if you have one.
4. After thoroughly mashing the egg and onion, add the avocado, labneh cheese, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix everything together.
5. Pour the mixture into a serving dish and spread it evenly. Your appetizer is ready! Enjoy!

Storage Methods
*You can keep it in the refrigerator for a maximum of 1 day. Because it contains eggs, I recommend storing it in a sealed container.
*If you want to prepare it the night before and consume it in the morning, you can store it in a sealed container in the refrigerator. You may notice a darker color in the appetizer because avocados darken over time.
