1 Egg
1.5 Cups Milk
1 Cup Ground Oats
Grated Orange Peel (1 tablespoon)
Half a Packet of Baking Powder
2 tablespoons Raisins (optional)

Half a cup of milk
Half a cup of orange juice
2 teaspoons of rice flour (if you don't have rice flour, you can use oat flour)

How to Make a Healthy Cake with Orange Sauce


1. First, whisk the eggs and milk together. If you have a food processor, process all ingredients except the oats together. If you don't have a food processor, continue.

2. After mixing the eggs and milk well, grate the apple nicely and mash it with a fork.

















3. Add the apple puree, milk, baking powder, and grated orange peel to the egg and milk mixture. Mix well with a whisk.


4. Next, add the oats and raisins. Stir gently. Pour the sauce into the baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. If you want to sprinkle raisins on top of the cake, add them towards the end of baking so they don't burn.

5. While the cake is baking, let's prepare the sauce. Add milk and rice flour to the pan we will be using to cook the sauce, mix well, and cook.















6. Once the sauce is cooked, turn off the heat and add the orange juice. If you're adding honey, you can add it while adding the orange sauce. Mix the sauce well with the orange juice, and the sauce is ready.


7. Let the sauce and cake cool for 10 minutes. Then pour the sauce over the cake. I sprinkled raisins on top of the cake, but you can sprinkle other dried fruits or walnuts/almonds that you like.
