Today I craved an oatmeal snack made with nuts and dried fruit, which are rich in healthy fats. I could prepare this in 10 minutes. It's both very simple and really delicious and healthy. It takes a maximum of 10 minutes to cook. You can cook it the night before and keep it in the refrigerator. In the morning, after breakfast, or if you prefer, you'll have an oatmeal bowl ready for breakfast. I sometimes eat this oatmeal bowl in the evenings too. I love consuming healthy snacks.

It's suitable for both gluten-free and vegan diets. Oats can be cooked with water as well as milk. For those on a vegan diet, cooking oats with water is possible. I didn't grind the oats. You can grind them if you want a finer consistency.


How to Make Oatmeal Bowls


1. First, cook the oats and milk together over medium heat. It will cook in a maximum of 10 minutes.















2. Once the oats are cooked, turn off the heat. I used pistachio butter as a sweetener. But if you don't have pistachio butter, you can use honey, dates, grated apple, or banana instead.









3. Pour the oat mixture into a bowl. Sprinkle walnuts, almonds, and raisins on top. You can also add other dried fruits you like, such as dried apricots, coconut, dates, cashews, etc.





 









4. You can consume the oatmeal bowl after it has cooled. Enjoy your meal and stay healthy.
